At Maples, our educators and leadership team are the backbone of a high-quality early childhood service. Every educator holds, or is actively working towards, an approved qualification, including a Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.
Our leadership team, including the Centre Director, Assistant Director and Educational Leader, plays a vital role in supporting educators, keeping daily operations consistent and fostering a nurturing environment for children and families.
A pool of part-time and casual educators keeps care consistent during staff leave. Every team member takes part in ongoing training to stay up to date with best practice, while our leaders provide guidance and mentoring that set the tone for excellence across our service.
All educators meet the standards of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, including a valid Working with Children Check and current first aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis and child protection training.
